We operate a simple and easy process to meeting your Stairlift requirements:

1. Assessment - First we assess your requirements with a home-visit by one of our friendly and qualified team who will explain how Stairlifts/Through Floor Lifts work and discuss the options that are best suited to your needs. You can feel completely safe in having one of our advisors in your home as we don't employ sales people who pressure you, just friendly home advisors.
2. Measurement - Next we measure your stairs or room to determine the best specification to suit your needs. We take all factors into account. If it's a Stairlift, we will determine transfer and width sizes to ensure that the user's needs are met. If it's a Through Floor Lift that's being considered all measurements are transferred to a full drawing.
3. Ordering - Once chosen, you can confirm your order to us in writing by completing our order form and posting it to us with your cheque. Or, you can call in person to our showroom, where our friendly staff will assist you. Our courteous staff will then contact you as quickly as possible to arrange an installation date.
4. Installation - Your Stairlift or Through Floor Lift will then be installed by one or more of our fully-qualified fitters, this normally takes a couple of hours for a basic model and five hours for more complicated Stairlifts. Through Floor Lift Installation takes around four days- two days for preparatory work and two days lift installation. Once tested and ready, our fitter will show you how to use the Stairlift/Through Floor Lift and make sure that it is comfortable and meets your needs exactly.
5. Maintenance - The service doesn't stop once your Stairlift/Through Floor Lift is installed. We look after your Stairlift/Through Floor Lift for as long as you need it and provide maintenance and servicing to keep your Stairlift/Through Floor Lift in prime working condition. A standard warranty is usually 12 months which can be extended up to 5 years if you wish.
